About us
A Dominican team with European reach.
Bits & Bytes Media SRL develops software, websites and apps, and runs the infrastructure they work on. From Santo Domingo we serve Dominican businesses and, together with our partners in Germany and Austria, clients in Europe.
What defines us
We started out building websites and hosting for Dominican businesses. Over the years our clients asked for more: invoicing systems, inventory, apps for their teams. Today we develop our own platforms, which run both our clients' systems and our own products.
We prefer long relationships to one-off projects. Many of our clients have been with us for years, and we keep taking care of the software we deliver long after launch.
How we work
Clarity
Scope, timeline and costs in writing, before we start.
Responsibility
If we built it, we keep it running.
Closeness
You talk to the people who write the code, not to a middleman.
